Wizardry & Magic
If you wish to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first invent the Universe.
The Will of the Universe is a mighty thing.
Inevitable, indomitable, and insurmountable. Simultaneously an unstoppable force and an immovable object. The Universe has supported itself on its divine determination and information, making up the basis for all that resides within the Cosmic borders of existence (except time), regardless of tangibility; from deer to gamma-ray bursts and everything in between.
The Universe is a dynamic being, eternally evolving to become the best it can be.
The Cosmos tears itself apart from the inside again and again to finally achieve a form of pure perfection; possibly order and stasis, according to the most popular theory regarding this subject. It's not entirely clear, however.
The grubby hands of Earthlings discovered the chaotic cracks of a previously assumed orderly Universe and happily did as they pleased, as humans typically do. This gave rise to the practice of Wizardry; where the chaotic machinery and software of the Cosmos met the swords and sorcery of the DnD nerds who discovered what should be called reality alteration.
Praise be to the Stars. Humanity's fucked.
General
Text is supposed to be here, but isn't. I'll add it later.Spell Sequencing
The act of performing magic is painfully sequential and follows an order, despite magic being the alteration of chaos. Pure chaos will eventually turn into order and vice versa.
Helper Spells
First, a spellcaster must change Cosmic laws to allow a desired act to manifest, a helper spell. All non-helper spells require at least a source of matter and energy to execute since the Universe holds a set amount of each.* Helper spells inform the desired spell where to siphon matter and energy but can also temporarily alter a Cosmic law in a specific spot (e.g., zero-gravity in a kitchen).
Changes to laws such as gravity or Universal expansion, even for a brief moment, also qualify as helper spells.
* There have been attempts to omit this rule, allowing for the spontaneous existence of matter and energy. However, this appears to be strictly forbidden by the Cosmos, which punishes by damning the caster to a lower plane of existence, pure information, to trap them in the sub-quantum realm.
Base Spells
The helper spell allows the desired spell, the base spell, to execute. The base spell will end when ordered by the caster or abruptly if there is a lack of resources to sustain it.
To summon a base spell, a spellcaster must precisely know what they wish to summon down to the smallest detail.
If a spellcaster wishes to conjure a rabbit, they must select a breed, size, age, etc. They must also specify whether the rabbit is alive, along with its health status, disposition, and physicality. Most unspecified information will be assigned to false by default, such as if the rabbit can breathe or understand orders from its caster.
A common issue with physical manifestation is spellcasters forgetting to program them with appropriate innards. A conjured rabbit, for instance, will not automatically have functional organs unless specified, which results in a deflated fur pelt that may or may not have eyes and bones.
The most popular base spells are robots and machines due to the smaller likelihood of guilt and moral questioning.
Flair
Supplementary flair (e.g., flames, sparkles, swaths of light, etc.) follows the same process as the base spell and is unadvised to include to lessen risks.

Notes
- I WILL EDIT THIS TO BE BETTER AND MORE COHERENT LATER!!
- THIS MAY BE SCRAPPED
- There's no magic here. Nothing I'd consider to be real magic, anyway.
I thought Marvel's magic would be too complicated, incoherent, and admittedly lame to impliment realistically. - With that being said, characters such as Doctor Strange, Wong, Thor, Loki, and so on, are absent here. Truly a shame, I know. But I genuinely have no clue what to do with those characters without the fundamentals of this world being too convoluted, even for me.
