Willis Fisk

Willis Fisk is the backbone of Ville de Nouvelle Yorke, both topside and on the flipside. It's a cliché to say she has eyes and ears everywhere, but... she seriously does.

Willis is the biggest and baddest of big bad wolves. The most dangerous and powerful crime lord in the entirety of Nouvelle Yorke -- which she's the mayor of, by the by -- and anything she says, goes. Failiure to comply with the infamous Dragon of the Underworld results in a quick and efficient disposal or more bloodier methods.

The Undertaker is sometimes asked for a motive, a reason, a why. Why bother with getting your hands dirty when you're already in The End of All Things?
Usually, she asks to look around at La Pomme Grosse, the City that Never Sleeps, the City of Dreams. She shows those people the abominable ugliness hidden by lavender skies, stained glass windows, and pain au chocolats.
The city built on soil fertilized by humanity's innumerable failures; where greed, wrath, and pride run rampant through alleyways and nightclubs, manifesting through blood splatters and unresolved disappearences.
Other times, she simply responds in making that person mysteriously disappear.

Willis promised to her wife beyond the Stars that Ville de Nouvelle Yorke will be torn apart from the seams and be rebuilt in her image. Whether that's 'good' or 'bad' doesn't matter much.
